Mary Rudner

Mary Rudner PhD

I am Associate Professor in Disability Research and Senior Lecturer in Disability Research specialising in Cognitive Neuroscience at the Swedish Institute for Disability Research (SIDR). I belong to the Disability Research Division (DRD) at the Department of Behavioural Sciences and Learning (IBL), Linköping University (LiU).

Research

I am Deputy Research Manager at Linnaeus Centre HEAD and I was awarded the Faculty of Arts and Sciences' Career Research Contract 2011-2013. My research interest is in the cognitive and neural organisation of language and memory. In particular, I am interested in the neurocognitive organization of signed languages and of spoken languages both with and without the mediation of hearing aids. Teaching

I am Director of Studies of the HEAD Graduate School. HEAD stands for HEaring And Deafness.
